Yakuza 3 Coming to America, Europe, and Australia

Ryu ga Gotoku 3 is taking a trip from Japan next March to both western territories.

Sega of Europe announced today that Ryu ga Gotoku 3, known as Yakuza 3 in the West, will be coming to both Europe and America next March exclusively for the PlayStation 3.

According to Gary Knight, Sega of Europe's marketing director,

“Yakuza 3 was one of the most requested titles for localisation by our European SEGA community, so we are delighted to be able to fulfil their wishes with this announcement. As well as delving even further into the rich narrative of the Yakuza universe, the development team have pushed the PlayStation 3 hardware to the limits to produce a beautiful and startlingly realistic depiction of the Japanese underworld.”

Players will be able to enjoy the game with the Japanese voice-acting in tact, as it includes full English subtitles.

Currently, the game has sold over 500k copies in Japan, and has received strong critical response.
