Right when I purchased Red Faction Guerilla for $19.99 this promotion gets revealed, just my luck. Oh well, looks like Darksiders will be a budget purchase for me now.
THQ Reveals Mysterious Darksiders Promotion
If you bought Darksiders early, the game includes a code to obtain a free retail copy Red Faction Guerilla and other goodies.
THQ has revealed the special promotion featured in their latest game, Darksiders. If you purchased a game from the first printings of Darksiders, there was a coupon inside of the game box. THQ has revealed that players will be able to redeem that code on their website until March 7.
The promotional code will allow gamers to get a free copy of Red Faction Guerilla for either PS3 or Xbox 360 and a digital Hellbook disc that contains art and videos from the Darksiders.
The only caveat is that players will need to pay $4.99 in shipping and handling to receive their free stuff. Furthermore, this offer is only available to US residents and ends March 7, 2010
