Activision Sued By Current and Former Infinity Ward Employees

Infinity Ward employees are seeking up to $125 million in unpaid bonuses.

Recently, 38 former and current Infinity Ward employees have filed a lawsuit against Activision. The LA Times has reported that Infinity Ward is owed between $75 million and $125 million in unpaid royalties in addition to compensatory damages. Out of the 38 employees filing the suit, 17 are still employed at Infinity Ward.

According to the lawsuit, of the unpaid total, $82 million should've been paid to employees, while the rest is due to former studio leads, West and Zampella.

The lawsuit alleged that Activision refrained from paying out the bonuses in order to keep employees from leaving, ensuring the release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 in 2011.

The person I'm referring to is, of course, Michael Alvarado, otherwise known as Michael117.
