Nintendo Announces Pokémon Black and White for America
The two newest entries in the series are due out next year on the DS.
Nintendo announced today that both Pokémon Black and White, which have already been announced for Japan, are due to release in America.
The games will launch spring 2011 on the DS with Legendary Pokémon Reshiram on the cover of the Black version and Zekrom the White version worldwide.
According to a statement from the company, Black and White are following the global success of HeartGold and SoulSilver whihc have moved a combined 8.4 million units worldwide.
Currently not much else is known about the games, but both are said to have a new visual style when they were announced for Japan.

The launch of Pokémon Black Version and Pokémon White Version follows the incredible consumer response to Pokémon HeartGold Version and Pokémon SoulSilver Version, which have sold more than 8.4 million units combined worldwide to date. The Pokémon video game series has sold more than 200 million units worldwide since it was first introduced 14 years ago.
