Amazon Listing Reveals Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver Details and Release Date
The product listing confirms the Pokéwalker accessory in North America as well as other information.
Amazon has recently updated their listing and product details for Pokémon HeartGold and Pokémon SoulSilver. The product listing confirms that both games will be bundled with the Pokéwalker accessory previously released in Japan.
The accessory allows players to transfer one of their Pokémon from the game into the accessory wirelessly. You can train the Pokémon in the Pokéwalker by simply walking in real life. The Pokéwalker also allows players to catch Pokémon and find items, which can be transfered back to the DS games.
Since HeartGold and SoulSilver are remakes of Pokémon Gold and Silver, you will explore the Johto region in the game. Like any other Pokémon title you will catch, battle, and train Pokémon in order to defeat the various gym leaders and eventually the elite four. You can also have one of your Pokémon walk behind you. The remakes will also feature various enhancements such as improved graphics, new areas, and new Pokémon that can be found in each game.
Additionally you can trade and battle Pokémon with your friends via both local and online multiplayer. Both HeartGold and SoulSilver can also trade with Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum players.
Pokémon HeartGold and Pokémon SoulSilver will be released on March 14, 2010 for $34.99.
