Shhhh...It's dead wabbit from Hell season...

Back in February Sega announced a downloadable title simply called Hell Yeah! Wrath of the Dead Rabbit from Arkedo Studio.  Now, with E3 here they’ve pulled back the curtain on this gem of a title and given us all reason to get behind this title, screaming hell yeah all the while.

Hell Yeah! is an action-adventure platformer set in the most colorful and festive version of Hell that most of us are likely to have ever seen.  Gamers will take on the role of Ash, the devil rabbit prince of Hell – of course – as he seeks vengeance upon a certain individual who posted secret, compromising photos of him all across the Hell-ternet.

This is all quite logical when you think about it.

Ash will explore nearly every inch of Hell in his quest for retribution – spanning 10 large game worlds that are almost distracting in their visual appeal and frenzied action.  While there are certain platforming elements to the game, most of the time players will be zooming around stages in a “super sawing jetpack that can drill through walls.” This unique mode of transportation can be upgraded by spending cash at in-game shops – new weapons and other upgrades will also be available in a similar fashion.

Collectors and completionists will have their work cut out for them in this title, as the game sports a multitude of mini-games, side quests and over 100 unique monsters to find and subsequently exterminate.
