We previously reported a game breaking bug in Link's newest adventure, The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. We can now report that a fix is available for download in the form of a Wii channel called the "Zelda Data Restoration Channel."

It has been confirmed by Nintendo themselves that Skyward Sword contains a game breaking glitch that will prevent players from progressing through the game. Initially it wasn’t known what was triggering the bug, but now that the exact triggers are known we wanted to inform you how to avoid this game stopping issue.

To celebrate this prestigious milestone Nintendo has given 3DS and DSi owners Four Swords for free, promoted a touring orchestral concert series featuring music from the beloved franchise and will be capped off with the release of Skyward Sword in less than a week. More info was released by Nintendo about the upcoming return of Link in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. Faron Woods, one of the locales in the game, was discussed. This forest will be the first area Link will visit after he leaves his floating island home, Skyloft. Upon completing the forest, Link will arrive at Skyview Temple, where Zelda might be.
