Joining Netflix, Hulu Plus will soon be available to Nintendo 3DS and Wii owners, Nintendo announced today. The company has detailed some of their strategy for their portable system through the end of the year and into the next. Launching before the end of the year, Hulu Plus will deliver content from premuim content partners like ABC, Comedy Central, FOX, NBC, and MTV. Like Netflix, Hulu Plus carries its own subscription fee of $7.99, with limited advertisements. Nintendo also delivered a bevvy of information regarding the upcoming system update and some of the upcoming titles due to hit the eShop.

The Rolling Western is an upcoming 3DS Shop title to be published by Nintendo, for which there is extremely limited information. It was not showcased at the Nintendo Press Conference, and there has been no official fact sheet or press release issued for the game. Today, Sega officially announced Shinobi for the 3DS, in development at Griptonite Games. The game's existence was originally leaked in a resume posted on LinkedIn and again later on the cover of Nintendo Power. According to the press release, players will once again be able to experience the classic side-scrolling gameplay this September.
