Fun, fast-paced gameplay overshadowed by an outdated matchmaking system
With addictively chaotic gameplay and intelligent map design aimed at thrusting players headfirst into the action, Nexuiz has the potential to be a great game. Based on an open-source PC game that was derived from a Quake mod, Nexuiz is heavily inspired by its illustrious gaming background. Sounds like an old-school gamer’s dream, right? With the release of Mario Kart 7, Nintendo has given players a unique way to race and interact together. Through the community feature we can race and communicate (kind of) together and hopefully have a good time. If you'd like to join the community, our codes are below. Enter them into the game and you'll be able to access it at anytime. Going forward we will be organizing racing nights so we can all play together, so we urge you to join!

Despite being pretty small (the largest I’ve been to had around 243 entrants for Melee and around the same for Brawl), it was a lot of fun, and I got to hang out with a bunch of people I hadn’t seen in far too long. I’ve been playing the game competitively for years now, and with all the people I’ve met and the stuff we’ve done, I don’t see any reason to stop. Also, insert something sappy about friends and making memories .
