Nintendo Registers Super Mario 4 Domain

It's not an official announcement by any means, but there's a possibility that a proper sequel to the NES classic is in the works.

The ghost of Wii Sports lives on... and on.

Not content to release a "dull and outright boring" 2012 Olympics mini-game collection just for the Wii, Sega was kind enough to spread its time-tested mediocrity to the 3DS.

The finale of the NES trilogy is truly a classic to behold.

The year was 1990. It is about a year before the Super Nintendo makes its debut, but the NES is enjoying brisk sales of both hardware and games. The previous year Nintendo released its first handheld system, the Game Boy, and unleashed the addiction known as Tetris. This was, however, in North America.
