A confined location, new gameplay elements, and a new character make up Capcom's first 3DS Resident Evil title.
There hasn't been very much information released about Capcom's upcoming Resident Evil title, Resident Evil: Revelations. Today at Nintendo's E3 Press Conference we saw a brief view of the game in action, and finally gamers were given a small amount of additional information.

Today, Atlus surprised fans with the announcement of two new titles, one developed internally and one that will be published later this year. According to Ancel, the game is no longer being targeted for this console generation, but rather the next. With so many available, the genre has diversified. Some provide a more arcade-like experience while others feature a more cinematic experience that some companies have dubbed a "guided first person experience". Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles is the latter, providing scares and tension by the boatload. As such, The Darkside Chronicles has established itself as one of the best on-rails shooters on Wii.
Fans told Capcom they prefer a downloadable expansion, so that's how Capcom will deliver it.
