Last night, Nintendo held their second roundtable developer's meeting and Jason has the opportunity to sit in and catch the news as it broke. Nintendo hosted Ubisoft at the meeting and Ubisoft gave an in depth look at what they currently have in development for Wii U and a good number of details about the Wii U capabilities and how they will be leveraged to provide a compelling gameplay and online experience. With two days of the show behind us and only one left, what do Nick, Chessa, and Jason R (who's at the show) think about everything that has been announced and shown?
While not everyone at E3 was able to sit down for discussion about the show thus far, Nick, Chessa, and Jason R took about an hour to go through everything announced at E3 2011 so far. The team discusses their thoughts about each of the big three's presence at the show, while Jason gives his view from the show floor.
This latest entry in the series hopes to bring back elements from its roots.
Resident Evil Revelations is shaping up to be on of the prime reasons to own a Nintendo 3DS. Utilizing the gameplay made popular by Resident Evil 4 along with a few old school elements, the game seems to take the best of what the series has to offer and put it into one small package. The result so far, is pretty much that.
JD and Matt R were able to check out last night's roundtable, Jason R will be attending tonight's. Click through for his live updates from the meeting.

Just now, I had the opportunity to briefly hold the new Wii U tablet controller. I wanted to quickly share my opinions, so this will be brief.

Light and Dark battle it out in Kid Icarus: Uprising
Kid Icarus: Uprising has been one of my most anticipated titles for the Nintendo 3DS since its initial announcement last year. While the 3DS has come out and Kid Icarus still hasn't, fans wondered what was in store for them once they finally get their hands on it. One thing I can say, is that the game is very fun and there's a lot more to it than expected.
Nintendo one-ups the Wii, iPad, and DS all at once.
In a developer video reel, Danny Bilson of THQ described Wii U's tablet-touchscreen as the "swiss army knife of controllers," and there is no better way of putting it. Wii U's controller really does everything, but it also melts in your hands the way the Gamecube's did all those years ago.
