Instead of risking life and limb to assume the role of your favorite anti-hero, consider giving Overkill Software’s new title Payday: The Heist a try. If you have ever found yourself wondering what it’s like to take the role of the personable criminals from action flicks such as Ocean’s 11 or Point Break, then Payday: The Heist is a game worth looking into.
We go through Red Mountain and complete the second Sky Chase.
We fight Knuckles, take out Chaos 4, shoot through the first Sky Chase mission and complete two levels, Twinkle Park and Speed Highway.

Earlier this year, on June 23, Sonic turned 20 years old. As a celebration of his legacy, Sega is releasing Sonic Generations today on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC, with the 3DS version to follow later this month. The game celebrates the history of the franchise by joining old and new into one singular game that promises to mesh and meld all of what makes Sonic great. PixlBit's staff, growing up during the era of the blue blur, have fond memories of Sonic and his games and have come together to share their memories of the mascot.

Sometimes the old gaming soul just wants something simple that harks back to a time now past. A time when gamers walked through dimly lit arcades, token stuffed pockets jingling and jangling like boot spurs; electric cowboys scrawling their initials into the annals of history one high score at a time. It was a magical time and someone out there must feel the same way because otherwise we wouldn’t have PixelJunk: Sidescroller -- a shooter made for the old school but a game that most will be able to enjoy.

All of those years as a kid where you’d run around like an idiot in the backyard, pretending to be Street Fighter characters has finally paid off. I'm almost unsure as to why I'm even bothering to review this particular downloadable expansion to Portal 2. For one, it's totally free, and two, it's more Portal 2. How could anyone complain about that? After playing through the entirely new set of test chambers, I know I can't. Fact of the matter is Peer Review is more of a good thing.
