Who the hell called Dead Island Game of the Year?!

Here at PixlBit we try to report news and provide articles with as little bias as possible, but sometimes we just have to let loose and just let our true feelings be known on a particular subject.  It is in this spirit that we introduce “Rage Quit,” a new series that will see one of the PixlBit staffers go off without having to worry about the little things like common decency.

The Walking Dead: The Game - Episode 1: A New Day Review

Telltale delivers an exciting and engaging take on the zombie apocalypse.

The Walking Dead has been taking the nation by storm with an extremely popular graphic novel and the hit television series. New Dead Space, Need For Speed Games Coming By 2013

EA has revealed the existence of new games being developed in the two series.

Fans of the Dead Space and Need for Speed franchises were teased last month - two separate listings were posted by BT Games for new titles in the series. The South African retailer had begun taking pre-orders on both Dead Space 3 and had a listing for Need for Speed: Most Wanted 2, a sequel to the 2005 iteration of the series. The Walking Dead: The Game - Episode 1: A New Day Preview

Fingers crossed for a black and white option.

With the upcoming release of The Walking Dead, developer Telltale Games has a lot to prove. Beyond that, this is the first M rated game from the normally family friendly company. A lot is riding on this game, and it will be up to the fans to decide how well Telltale fares. So far, it looks like they have things well in (zombified) hand.

The House of the Dead 4 Review

I didn’t even know The House of the Dead 4 Special was a thing that existed.

Despite the rest of The House of the Dead series making its way to consoles, The House of the Dead 4 has been left in the arcades – and perhaps rightfully so. With the introduction of the machine gun as the standard weapon, the once requisite precision aiming for this light gun series has been all but removed. That’s not to say that there’s no challenge or fun to be had with the latest arcade iteration of the series, but the experience pales in comparison to earlier editions.
