Ratchet & Clank All4One just wasn't a very good title. I don't want to spend my time playing it anymore.

Instead, a new PlayBit is scheduled to occur on Saturday Night! Live! Be here at 8:30 PM EDT on Saturday Night to catch some of Trendy Entertainment's new game, the long-awaited Dungeon Defenders. See? I wouldn't just cancel one PlayBit on you all without rescheduling something (hopefully) better. After that comes another PlayBit, back on the regular schedule, Monday night! The DLC will include a new aircraft.

The new Ace Combat game has only been out for a week and a half but it's already receiving downloadable content next Tuesday. On October 25, 2011, a new fictional "state of the art" aircraft called the ASF-X Shinden II will become available, as well as two new aircraft colors. The F-14D Super Tomcat will get a "Halloween Pumpkin" paintjob and a "Red Devils" paintjob is available for the F/A-18F Super Hornet.

The real San Francisco treat.

Driver: San Francisco has no business being as fun as it is.  It has one of the most ridiculous premises I have ever come across a video game, it oozes of 70’s car movie clichés and has enough cheesy dialogue to throw an epic fondue party.  Yet somehow all of these components meld together in a strangely fantastic way that makes for the most pleasantly surprising video game experience I have had the pleasure of playing all year.

After a foray on the small screen and a side quest for Ratchet, the duo are back for a traditional experience, now in HD.

Ratchet & Clank's HD debut brings some mixed successes. On one hand, the series has translated beautifully to a higher resolution thanks to its rich worlds full of color and detail. On the other, despite the improved look, the game's mechanics haven't managed to improve significantly enough to handle the often increased on-screen havoc. The resulting experience still proves enjoyable, if only due to the already solid footing of the series and the improved graphics.
