Dead Island's newest downloadable content is available now for the PC, Xbox 360 (Xbox Live Marketplace), and for the PlayStation 3 (PlayStation Network).
The model will be used for Borderlands 2 promotional events.
Gearbox announced a contest almost two months ago about its search for a real life Lilith from their Borderlands game. After numerous headshots and auditions, Gearbox has found its real life Lilith to be used in Borderlands 2 promotional events.
A new mission based DLC pack is on its way.
Deep Silver has announced a new DLC pack for Dead Island, titled Ryder White. The new mission-based pack will follow the story of the game's antagonist character and allow players to see the events of the main game from his perspective. The DLC pack will add several hours of gameplay to the title and will also include new weapon blueprints.

Late Friday night, NIS America officially announced plans to bring Atelier Meruru: The Apprentice of Arland to both North America and Europe this May for the PlayStation 3. Meruru marks the conclusion of the Arland trilogy which includes both last year's Atelier Totori and 2010's Atelier Rorona.

Without ever having been to Disneyland, I can only assume that Frontier has done a spectacular job recreating the iconic park. The virtual representation of the park seems to have everything covered, straight down to themed garbage cans, benches, and vending carts. Despite all the effort, it's held back at every turn by the peripheral that should be immersing you. The fact of the matter is, the Kinect controls are cumbersome and unnecessary and often just don’t work right.

Gearbox is developing a sequel to their sleeper hit Borderlands and now they have announced a casting call for someone who looks like Lilith from the first game. If hired, this person will appear in the game as a live action version of the character. Afterward, they may also be able to participate in promotional events and trade shows.
The new DLC for Battlefield 3 is coming in December and a new clip showing off the new vehicles has been released. Buggies and Jets and Bulldozers, oh my!
Leaked before by Black Friday Ads, Nintendo confirms two new 3DS bundles
Black Friday ads from Gamestop to Sears have mentioned a 3DS bundle with Super Mario 3D Land and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D. These bundles came with a model of the 3DS not previously seen. These are not special to the shoppers holiday, though, as Nintendo has now confirmed.
This game craves brains because it clearly has none.
Dead Island is a game in the midst of an identity crisis. It’s not sure if it wants to be Dead Rising 2 with its customizable weapons and biting humor, Left 4 Dead with its multiplayer focused gameplay, or Borderlands with its RPG elements and zombies that bleed numbers. Dead Island wants to be all of these things and in trying to do so fails to do anything well, the result of which is an overly flawed experience that just months ago looked so promising.
