My mom bought Minecraft for me so I can help her when she teaches her kids with it. Game sure does like to throw a lot of shit at you right out of the gate ...

I only played some Minecraft on Monday and nothing else the rest of the week. I was at a car show all day Sunday, so nothing on the weekend either. Actually, I did bring my 3DS with me to the car show for street passes, but I haven't had time to check it yet. I'm looking forward to Tuesday when I pick up Etrian Odyessy Untold 2 and Rare Replay. I think I might pick up an Xbox One later in the week too.
In other media: I listened to a bunch of 1994 music and watched most of the first disc of Batman The Animated TV show. I'm reading about the Beat writers: Kerouac, Ginsberg, and Burroughs in The Rolling Stone Guide to the Beats, and I started an audio book on J.T. "Stonewall" Jackson, Rebel Yell. I'm not a big Civil War buff, but I am a fan of writer S.C. Gwynne, whose first book, Empire of the Summer Moon, I read a few years ago and thought was really great. It was about the ragged, brutal frontier, plains Indians,Texas Rangers, and all that stuff.
That's about it.
