damn man that co-op sounds awesome. So you have to have two copies of the game and two xboxes? still, that sounds totally amazing!

Played some Worms today because it came out in 1995 on PC. I wanted to give this game another chance because last time I got really fed up with it. I got into it enough to buy it on Xbox Live and play the tutorial and several of the challenges. Then I tried to find someone to play with online but no luck there, so I went back to the challenges and got annoyed by the A.I. always getting the perfect angle on me with ranged weapons. Shooting at range in this game takes a lot of trial and error since there's no guidelines or anything to tell you exactly at what angle to shoot. That's fine though. I enjoyed it enough to return to it sometime, hopefully with a real person to play against.
Then I handed my friend Mark a copy of Saint's Row: Gat Out of Hell and we played a whole ton of campaign co-op on Xbox 360. This game's super fun in co-op. Each of you can range all over the multi-island world independently. Only when you want to do a challenge does it ask the other player to join in and then wisks him to your location. Weapons are super fun and upgradable. Everything about this game is so much like Crackdown. The demons are like the gangs and police in Crackdown. The more you harass them, the more show up until a big demon arrives that takes some serious firepower to take down. The main quests are easily choosen from the menu and a nice guideline directs you to the location you need to be at. If you're in a car, arrows appear on the street to tell you where to go. There's even a vehicle fetch quest like in Crackdown. Certain vehicles, when entered, give you a challenge to deliver then to a locatatio or do some kind of mayhem. I loved collecting vehicles in Crackdown. This is a little different but still fun. Thing is though, with full wings in Gat Out of Hell, I'd rather be flying most of the time. In Crackdown, you could leap and climb fast but not like actually flying. Therefore vehicles were a little bit more usefull there.
I think tomorrow will be more Gat Out of Hell. We're about half way through the story missions and well on the way on the various collectathons. I'm interested in trying out more weapons. I'm using a giant hammer, frog launcher and shotgun at the moment, but Mark saw a golden SMG that gives you more cash from kills. I gotta try that.
