I need to post up a pic of our Skylanders collection.

Also known as Marvel Super Heroes, D.I. 2.0 is a really fun game. I've played about twelve hours of it this weekend. I finished the Avengers Play Set story mission and then went about exploring Toy Box Mode for fun and achievements.
But first, I bought some more figures for both D.I. and Skylanders. I was looking for the Spider Man Play Set characters, but there weren't any at the particular Gamestop I went to. So I got Iron Man for the Avengers Play Set (not picutred), and four more core Skylanders (see pic below).
Left to right: Zoo Lou, Double Trouble, Drill Sergeant (backwards), Wrecking Ball
Here's the Iron Man Disney Infinity character I forgot to photograph.
So it wasn't a total loss, Iron Man is wicked cool.
I really like Disney Infinity 2.0. The Avengers Play Set probably took about six hours to complete. It's mostly a brawler with a big open world New York city you can roam about in like it was Crackdown. You can fly around the city, collect Bonus Boxes (read: Orbs), and do mission after mission until you get to the two big Boss fights. I got to about level 14 on Medium difficulty in one play through.
There's an achievement for getting to level 20 and unlocking every skill via points you get for leveling, so I went into the Toy Box and did missions there. Basically, there is a hub area where you can learn everything you can do in the game by doing simple missions. Then there is one developer created level you can play, and then user created levels. I tried a bunch of user created levels and they were very cool There's even missions in these levels so you have something to do. I found it all pretty interesting, but I wasn't leveling very much, so I did everything related to achievements, explored a bit, and then went back to replay the Avengers Play Set on Hard in order to level. That's where I stopped at the end of the day.
This game does fighting and platforming very well. You can use vehicles on the ground and in the air. I primarily used Thor as my main character. Mark used Hulk and he really loved it. One thing though, there really isn't any online campaign co-op in this game. For the Play Sets, you can only play two player on the same screen. You can get your friends together to play in the Toy Box. We did that once just to get the knock-down-another-player achievement. Still, I'm having fun playing it in tandem with Mark. We're pretty much running the same missions at the same time, and helping each other get more achievements. It's super fun.
I think I'll hunt for Spider-Man Play Set figures, finish leveling Thor, and the jump in the Guardians of the Galaxy Play Set tomorrow.
