Chewy and Flip Wreck

In looking at Gamestop online for a the Chewbacca figure for Disney Infinity 3.0, I noticed it seemed a little bit scarce, so I dashed out and got one under the $10 sale. I had to go to two stores, because online lies sometimes, but I had some time. While at one of the stores, I noticed they had one of the few core Skylanders I didn't have, Flip Wreck, so I picked that up as well. Here's the pic:

Only Boba Fett to get now and five more core Skylanders. I'm in no rush though. got to pace myself. Things are getting tight right now what with me starting chiropractic sessions. Did the first one today and I think I'm on the right path to total recovery. I can't wait to get more time in the gym.

Had to have the big dog man.

My friend and I were wondering why there's no R2D2, C3PO or BB8. I thought maybe because they are generally secondary characters, or maybe that they are less able to fight dynamically like the rest of them. Still, I'd love to have those figures if they ever come out.

I picked up Wreck it Ralph, Vanellope, and the rest of the Incredibles today.

Wreck-it Ralph is pretty cool. He punches the ground a lot and throws cherry bombs as his default moves. Of course, you can equip him with any weapon or pack to do something different.

I had my first adjustment today. It was scary, but not too much since I've experienced it before many years ago. Still, this is pretty vigorous manipulation. Felt good though. I am really tight in my upper back and neck. Can't wait to fully loosen all that up and get back in alignment. It should reduce my fatigue so I can spend more time in the gym and exercising in general.

As much as I like the character designs for the DI figures, I'm not too impressed with Chewy. Its interesting to know that he's also hard to find out in the wild. I remember before Christmas that some folks were having problems finding Sabine, yet Target had an endcap full of that figure.

I never trust the GameStop website when it comes to seeing what is available in their stores. I think its from the early days when some of the shady employees would hide stuff (Hollywood Video's Game Crazy was notorious for this) if you called. When I was in game buying mode I would just walk in and check the store out and then ask the employee if they the item.

I say scarce, but what I really mean is that the five stores closest to me didn't have him. I just had to drive a little farther to get him. I had to go to a few stores to get Darth Maul too. No biggie.

The other day, when I got Chewy, I asked for Fling Kong at a Gamestop that was supposed to have it. They looked in the back and everything but couldn't find it. So they ordered it for me from the warehouse to the store. Sometimes that happens but I've been pretty lucky with stuff so far.
