I used some PowerUpRewards points and the Easter sale to get the Disney Infinity 3.0 starter pack for $20. Now I just need a second copy for Mark before I can actually play it. Here's the picture:

There are several other playsets I'd like to get down the road. There's: Rise Against the Empire, The Force Awakens, Inside Out, and Marvel Battlegrounds. When they're like $20, I'll start getting those.

I was considering the XBO version and seeing if you could play online across 360 and XBO but I decided against it. I'm not keen on continually swaping systems over at Mark's place. Transportation takes it's toll. It's how I red ringed my Halo 3 Edtion 360 years ago.

I plan on getting the 3.0 but not the Star Wars. I refuse to buy any thing Star Wars that Disney makes.

3.0 is mostly Star Wars stuff. It's in the starter pack and two other playsets. But you have Inside Out and Marvel Battlegrounds playsets that aren't Star Wars.

Yes, those are the ones I am looking forward to getting. That and the new Avenger/ Super hero one.

I heard the Inside Out one is a platformer.

Unlike Homeless, I like Disney's interpretation of star wars, but I cannot stand any of that clone wars stuff. Makes me want to retch.

I was ok with the Clone Wars movie (animated) but I couldn't watch much of the tv series because it recycled so many ideas from previous Star Wars movies. Still, I want to see that episode where George Takai plays a villain.

I loved the animation done by the same guy who did Samurai Jack.  that was really great.

The funny thing about the Star Wars Universe is I don't really care for the Clone Wars stuff to watch (but I do like Rebels) but game wise I'm ok with that storyline because its new.
