Ah yes. I guess it wasn't that catchy with me, maybe 'cause I don't care much for 4K or VR right now. 

I really enjoyed my Xbox 360.  Heck, I liked it better than the Wii, and that's saying a lot.  But I just can't see much reason for me to get an Xbox One.  There are only three games on it that I'd be interested in playing.  One is Rare Replay, which is just a bunch of old games.  And Cuphead looks great, but I'd probably be happy just watching someone else play it.  And that just leaves Ori and the Blind Forest.  I hear it's a great game, but one game isn't reason enough for me to get a whole new console.

I'm like that with the Wii-U. I still want one though. 

There are SO many games on the Wii U that I enjoy, so if you ever need any suggestions... :)

So far my list is pretty short: Pikmin 3 (got), DKC Tropical Freeze, Kirby's Rainbow Curse, Bayonetta 2, and Zelda Wind Waker HD. After that, I'm at a loss. 

Just last year, the Wii U got 3 fantastic games: Splatoon, Yoshi's Woolly World, and Super Mario Maker.  Shame this year may not be as good.

Its amazing how quick Microsoft is on discounting the price on current XBox 1's. This morning on Slickdeals there is the Halo Guardians Edition with 1TB drive for $270. Thought about it but I'm not in the market for an XBox for at least another year. 

Glad you're getting the new slim down model, and the price didn't hurt as much considering both of you guys are trading in your PS3 stuff. 

I got about $160 in credit for all our PS3 systems and games; although, they wouldn't take Mark's (was mine) fat model PS3, just all the accessories. So I kept it 'cause maybe I'll use it someday. Darn thing is heavy though. 

The 2TB XBO S, I found out, is $399 not $299 like I thought. I may be doing somethign else with that credit now. 

I was looking at Valkyria Chronicles today and thinking about playing it again.  It has been a while. and I never finished it though I got close to the end.  It really is a great game.  

I really like it. Looks like I might be getting a regular XBO this week for my friend instead of getting the XBO S. Turns out the 2TB model is actually $399 and not $299 like I was led to believe from E3. So that means I may be playing XBO this weekend instead of PS4. Blocked again. 

ah that sucks man. i heard there were some good deals on the old ones now that the S has been announced. 

I might be getting a refurbished one for $219. I'll get a year of insurance on it too. I'll give it to Mark so we can both be on XBO finally. 

I am waiting for the PS 5 God of War bundle next Christmas. All though I do like the One S. I played with the idea of trading in my XBone Elite for the 2 Gig.

That XBO Elite is really cool. I decided against the S though, for now. I didn't know the 2TB was $399 and not $299. 

I meant the 2TB, lol. I may buy the 5TB external drive for my XBone.
