Here's what else that was shown...

Hello Pixlbit, how are you? As promised, here is everything else that Nintendo showed/announced.

The Legend of Zelda: Link vs. Wild

They showed alot of gameplay footage. For more info, check out my previous blog on it. They did show new info. What we saw from all that they showed us was only 1-2% of the game, or at least the overworld. That's nuts. Also, Monolith Soft, the developer behind the Xenoblade Chronicles series are working on the world of the game. 100 people from Monolith Soft actually. They said it is the biggest Nintendo game they ever done. They did a great job with the worlds of the games so I know there will be plenty to do. The NX and Wii U versions will be the same, but the NX version will have different graphics. It's running on more powerful hardware so that's expected. Still the Wii U version looks amazing, you can only imagine the NX version. That and the reason it was delayed because the Wii U version was giving them trouble with the physics engine. Take that however you like but they did say they were always developing it with an NX version in mind.

A new rpg IP, Ever Oasis was announced, which is being developed by GREZZO, which are the developers behind Ocarina of Time 3D and Majora's Mask 3D on the 3DS. It's an action-adventure rpg with dungeon based puzzles. You can hunt, explore, find treasure, and more. The trailer shows it in action and explains more better than I do. Definitely will keep an eye out for it.

Mario Series 2 amiibo

New Mario series amiibo were announced along side the announcement of a new Mario Party game on the 3DS called Mario Part Star Rush. As far as info goes, apparently now you can move simultaneously with other players, in ther words you no longer have to wait your turn anymore as well as team up with other players to take down bosses on the boards. I wouldn't be surprised if people are more interested in the amiibo figures rather than the game. Can you guess which I pre-ordered? Speaking of Mario...

A new trailer for Paper Mario: Color Splash was shown. But apparently people still don't like it. Check the likes on the video on youtube, it has more dislikes than likes. The game looks amazing, in terms of graphics. It's so vibrant. The gameplay is what's getting mixed reactions from everyone. It looks interesting, but may need to pass on it for now, not because I don't like it, but I need to save up some money. However they did say if people demand it, they might consider remastering Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. That's my favorite and best one in the series, so yes I would love it if it happens.

More announcements:

Pokemon Sun and Moon: More footage was shown before we got the barrage of Zelda news. New Pokemon were shown, including a Pokemon people are saying that looks like Donald Trump, well it has his toupee or whatever. They showed a new battle mode called Battle Royale which has 4 people battling at once.

BoxBoxBoy, which is a sequel to HAL Labs puzzle game Boxboy, will release on June 30th on the eShop. The original is 2.99 on the eShop from now till the 21st, but if you have a My Nintendo account, you can save 10% off the already reduced price.

Rhythm Heaven Megamix was also shown, with it being available on the eShop the same day it was shown. There's a demo for it too so you can try before you buy.

Yo-Kai Watch 2: Bony Spirits and Fleshy Souls was also shown. Both games will release on September 30. I don't know what the games are about, but it's basically a monster collecting game like Pokemon I think. It's really popular in Japan and it is getting popularity here too. So if you're into that, here you go.

Monster Hunters Generations was shown but don't think it got a release date. They will release a demo on the 30th this month. Select ambassadors will get 2 codes for it early via email before anyone else. You can also unlock content in the game if you have a save file from Monster Hunter 4 on your 3DS.

Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past will launch on September 16. The game is a remake of the original DQ7 game, which includes updated graphics, and new localization. It also has new features as well which inclides streetpass to unlock special dungeons.

Pokemon GO: was shown with a version known as Pokemon GO Plus. This will retail for 34.99 and it'll include the game as well the watch/bracelet thing you need in order to play the game. It can connect to any smartphone as long as it has the Pokemon GO app installed. It will release in late July and will feature connectivity to the main games in some way.

And that's everything Nintendo showed during their Treehouse Presentation. They showed more for Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE but I imagine everyone knows enough about it now anyway. Overall, I'd say this was a pretty great E3 in terms of what Nintendo showed. They showed Zelda and it just looks fantastic. I think this is the console Zelda game I always wanted after Wind Waker and Twilight Princess. I'll give my opinions on it later on. Really excited to play it once it is released, hopefully on the NX.

Other than that, I guess that's it. Thanks for reading and later.

Color Splash looks like fun. DQVII might be my September game. Lots of stuff comes out that month though, so we'll see.

Aside from a couple of games, Nintendo didn't have much that really excited me, which is surprising.  So for me, this year's E3 wasn't as eventful.  I did write an E3 blog that I'd like to encourage you to read if you get a chance!
