Toy Time: Amiibo Favorites

This is the first half of my amiibo collection. I don't have many but these are my favorites so far.

amiibo

King Dedede, Olimar, Pikmin, Shovel Knight

In order of release they are: Olimar (9/11/2015), Shovel Knight (1/18/2016), Kirby series King Dedede (06/10/2016), Pikmin (7/28/2017). I should've done them in that order, but whatever, these are my favorites so far. There are others I'd like especially MetaKnight.

So far I've used Olimar and Pikmin in the Hey Pikmin! game. I had to get that device to read them because I still have the older 3DS. It was worth it.

I have every single amiibo ever made. Even the ones from Japan that never made it over here (Monster Hunter Stories and Qbby from BoxBoy). Only ones I don't have are the Dark variants of the Nintendo Skylanders, since technically those are amiibo, too. I have the regular ones, though.

That's the cool thing with Nintendo properties, they have this huge library of characters where they can create these items and they look good on a shelf, and can be used in games. Really cool looking figures.

Mostly all the amiibos are great (I know this bc I have most of them!). The Shovel Knight amiibo is one of my faves. I'm excited for the 3-pack of other knights coming out soon!
