On the Thor table, just above the flippers, there are circles that light up when you beat one of the challenges.
Pinball, Minecraft, Odin's Sphere and Just Cause 3

Seems like a lot of jumping around from game to game but it was mostly Minecraft today because I had Mark to play with; although, he doesn't seem too keen to have me in his game anymore. It's kind of a strange turn of events, so I'm already thinking of other kinds of multiplayer gaming to do. On to the details.
Pinball FX3: I tried to beat Rangergirl's scores on the Thor table again but didn't even break my own high scores. At the end of it, I reviewed the table rules again and got some new ideas on what to do next time. I saw that there are a whole new set of challenges once you beat the initial round of battles with Thor's various foes. I've managed to beat Loki and the Destroyer Armor but not Yrmir yet. I did battle Surta once this time. It's a multiball situation and i think I beat him, but I'm not sure. Multiball gets so crazy I'm not sure just what resulted.
Minecraft: Mark and I did a lot of things in the game today. He was in his world that he had advanced quite a bit. He made a fantastic pen for animals and I spent a lot of time shearing sheep. Eventually I started farming and trading with villagers for Emeralds. I got nearly 30 of them and then took a horse to go find a village with a Cartographer to trade with. I found one and got the Forest Explorer Map. Then I went looking for the Forest Mansion marked on it. I couldn't find it. I traveled for a long time, crossing three oceans and what seemed like whole continents, and never got any closer on the map. I wondered if something was wrong because I found three underwater cities along the way and they are on the Ocean Explorer Map the Cartographer has. There should have been a forest mansion somewhere nearby. I don't get it. It was very frustrating.
Odin's Sphere: I finished the Pooka Prince story and began the Faerie Story. The faerie you fight as has a magic crossbow that fires very fast and makes the game feel like a shmup. I'm trying new tactics with this character to see how it plays. I wonder how many stories there are in this game? I don't want to know though. Surprise is part of the game experience. I like it.
Just Cause 3: This my new rental which I will likely buy from Gamefly. It feels very much like the orginal Just Cause: open world, grappling hook,, parachute, vehicles, helicopters and planes, explosive mayhem. You even have a wing suit now. I'm totally diggin' it. Gonna play some more tomorrow, that is, if the snow doesn't stop me from going to Mark's place. It's weird, I know, but all my gaming stuff is over there. It's a thing we do together. I would probably only play some handheld games at home if I didn't have that situation. Console gaming is just much better with friends.
Which brings me to my idea that I might start using the achievement leaderboard to challenge friends of mine to see who can get the most points over a month. I sometimes like the achievement hunting. I end up playing all sorts of games I don't normally choose, which is fun and interesting. We'll see about that.
