You should talk to Tami, since she lives in and takes photographs in Maine.
Halo and Art Book Done

In my plan to study a decade a month for the year of 2019, I've finished my first book on January's decade 1900-1909 concerning art. Then I finally finished up Halo: Silent Storm, a kind of return to the roots of the Halo story. I hope the same is true of the next game.
1900: Art at the Crossroads: This is mostly about the art shown at the 1900 Paris Exhibition. What you get here are examples of Art Nouveau, Impressionism and many examples of an older more realistic style and a few looking forward to what will become abstract expressionism, fauvism and surrealism. What interested me most was the few examples of American painters (most of the painters were French in this exhibition), especially Winslow Homer. I have an interest in Maine. I've been there just a few times and liked the rocky coastlines, many islands, and mysty atmosphere. I've always wanted to photograph there, when I can afford it. Late in life, Winslow Homer became a bit of a hermit up in Maine and painted a lot of shorlines, fishermen, and related stuff. I just got a book out of the library on him. I'll get to that after I finish reviewing the decade.
Halo: Silent Storm: Well, we're back with Master Chief before he even gets that title. He's surrounded by his spartan buddies in Blue Team, Green Team and one or two other teams I forget at the moment. They all get inserted into a large ODST battallion with a secret mission to surprise a Covenant Fleet. Only problem is, the human Insurrectionists have compromised the mission with their many spys inside the UNSC. The Spartans have to fend off the conspiracy and try and stop the Covenant from glassing another planet. Sergeant Johnson is a major player too, so we're almost back in Halo: Combat Evolved again. Yeah hah! Just what I always wanted since 343 Industries took over the Halo games. I'm excited that it's possible the next game gets back to what made Halo so great. The world needs a hero, and that hero is you.
