Every game needs a vehicle that can climb buildings. Sounds awesome.

Mark and I hunted down the last of the evil doer’s assets in Crackdown 3. Then I got silver on every Rooftop Race and Driving challenge. I messed around with wall climbing in a car. Finally, I started a Legendary playthrough to see how tough the game gets.
The last assets I needed were two audio recordings and two Monkey Shine kiosks. Mark needed a few as well, so he looked up a walkthrough. At some point you have to say enough is enough. With one or two collectibles left it becomes a needle-in-a-haystack style search, which is not fun at all.
Then I wanted to do every Rooftop and Driving Race, which I did, and found that I had gotten silver or gold on most of them. So, I went after the silver achievements and got them - not without some pain though. There were at least two Rooftop Races (3D platforming) that gave me fits. I replayed them (must have been) a dozen times or more. Same with the Driving where a few made me want to scream. I worked on getting into a zen-like state so I wouldn’t get too frustrated.
Then I messed around with the Agency Vehicle, which can transform into three types: a tank, a sports car and an off-road vehicle. Each have their special abilities. I spent the most time with the off-road vehicle because it can climb walls. I tried to get to 3000 feet up a skyscraper for an achievement but couldn’t get high enough. I was really up there though, and probably close.
Finally, I started a Legendary playthrough for an achievement and to see how tough the game would get. It wasn’t too bad really. In a way, I like it better because I have to work harder at strategy. At first, I went after the biggest bosses, but one in particular was seriously tough. So I settled for mopping up all the smaller bosses and did pretty well, taking out several of them in fairly short order. Snipers get numerous on Legendary and become a first priority kill.
Tomorrow, Mark and I are going to play co-op for an achievement. We have to run the game to get it. So we’re going to see how fast we can do it. It’s going to be fun.
