I wish downloading games to my PS4 from my laptop would work more consistently than it does.
Bounty Board Buster

The other day I spent some time in Forza Horizon 4 getting daily challenges, Free-Roam Rush rankings, beating The Kraken and Leviathan races on Fortune Island and finally getting all the bounty boards.
It's unlikely I'll get all 7 weekly challenges right now. i only play three times a week and the challenges last about two days. That means I can get 5, maybe 6, a week unless I play on another day. In April I'll be going to a convention and taking off work, so that'll be the day I can get in an extra challenge and hopefully get all 7 that week. I'll do them anyway up until then. I earn Horizon bucks for special cars or wheelspins.
I keep doing the Free-Roam Rush Adventure with real players. I think I have to play 10 unranked rounds to start getting ranked. I've got four so far. They take a long time because they are five races for every adventure. I usually end up at the back of the pack, but I actually won one race by finding the right mix of road and offroad paths to the finish line. I find it kind of hilarious watching the real players chaotically zip down the roads, crashing into each other and seeking alternative routes. Ai players are so polite and disciplined.
I couldn't beat the Kraken and Leviathan races on Fortune Island with the default race settup with an class S1 car. So, I tried a blueprint that allowed me to use any car. I chose a class D Aston Martin and won both of them. D class is the lowest and slowest. I tuned my car up to the highest part of D class, but it was still slow compared to a S1. I've found that A class is my sweet spot. Very fast cars, S1, S2 and X, are really hard to handle unless you get just the right tune for them.
I finally broke down and bought the treasure map for $3. I had about 14 boards left to get. With the map, it was mostly easy except for the very last one on top of some concrete pipes. I had to drive through some pipes to get to the ramp that sent me to the board. I kept hitting the sides of the tube; but, eventually, I found a car that was pretty stable, and I could get through it at high speed. I was bored and needed something to do, so I bought the map. I was dead set against it up unitl now.
I just downloaded the Xbox apps for my phone. There's a seperate Game Pass app. Seems redundant. Why couldn't they put Game Pass within the original Xbox app? Weird. Anyway, I used it to remotely download Just Cause 4 because that is my next game to start playing.
