A friend at work got me thinking about Ori and the Blind Forest, so I think I'll download that from Game Pass next week. That got me thinking about Guacamelee 2, also on Game Pass, so I think I'll download that too. It's going to be platformers for me. But there's more.
My friend also mentioned Outer Wilds, and I had just heard about the new update on a podcast; now I'm interested. So I'll download that too from Game Pass. I'm not totally sure what that game is about except that you explore a lot. It could be cool.
Which brings me to the hard drive limitations on my Xbox One. It's constantly full now with all the dowloads from Games with Gold, Game Pass, digital buys and a single physical game in my disc drive, which is also installed on the hard drive. I have games waiting for space to dowload now.
I've noticed that whenever some room is created on the drive, the system grabs the lowest size game to download first. That's actually kind of helpful because I got Bards Tale 1-3 installed with my drive over 90% full and half a dozen larger games waiting in line. I was in the mood for turn-based RPGs. Turns out I didn't get to it because I got into Battle Chasers instead. Well, it's ready when I need it anyway.
I'll see what I actually decide to play next week when I get in front of my Xbox One. I'm in the middle of COD Black Ops II, and so I might want to finish that first. I'll just add all that other stuff to the queue. I got backlogs on top of backlogs.
