If I remember correctly, the Skylanders cartoon storyline borrowed heavily from Swap Force.

I finished the last two episodes of Life is Strange 2 today and got a lot further in Skylanders Swap Force. I'm going down the games I have currently installed on Xbox and clearing stuff off the hard drive as I finish them. Swap Force just happened to be next in line.
Life is Strange 2: It got to me again, emotionally. It's hard not to since it's all about family in crisis. Some of my choices weren't common. I think most people chose the most sensible outcome. I was inconsistant because certain extreme situations made me go another way. It's hard to talk about without being specific and spoiling the story. I just found it interesting to compare my decisions to others. I wonder what's next for Life is Strange. Will there be a third game with a new set of characters and story?
Skylanders Swap Force: I thought I had played this years ago but a lack of save file or achievements says otherwise. I'm using Magna Charge and Boom Jet but I think I'll break out the other figures in order to open new areas. Magna Charge is now at max level 20 and Boom Jet is only level 5 or so. I stil haven't found the Magna Charge unlock for his ultimate special moves. I've got them for most of the other characters though.
I find the game pretty interesting but sometimes frustration in battles. It could be faster and the figure's special moves could execute faster. Fighting areas are sometimes small and full of enemies making it hard not to take damage. I have picked up some techniques with Magna Charge to make it easier. He can grab foes, drag them around and bowl them at other enemies for damage. Boom Jet can unleash air strikes. The characters have very different abilites making battles varied and complex. I'm enjoying it.
That's a week. I'll be at it again next Thursday.
