I like that trailer for Gears. The updates look like they could be a lot of fun especially if you enjoy the single player game. As for your achievements hopefully you get them when you log back in. It sucks if you unlock/earn something in game and you have to do it again when the game doesn't acknowledge it.

Gears of War 5
A rewards points challenge had me revisit this. Coincidentially there is new content in the form of new multiplayer maps, characters and a new ranking system. I had to watch the above trailer and get any new achievement in the game for the rewards points. I wanted to finish the campaign as my last save was late in the game, but I had left it during a boss battle, and it was going to be a grind reorienting myself as well as figure out the boss; so I started playing multiplayer instead. Turns out that was the way to go for a new achievement and a bit of fun. I had to get three medals in the new Tour of Duty ranking system. It took me a hoard round and a dozen or so versus rounds to get the achievement. Then it wouldn't register on the rewards points screen. But, the challenge is up for another couple weeks, so either it will recognize it later or I'll get another one. The game is super fun, so I don't mind going for another achievement..
Farm Together
I had just enough time in my short amount of game time today to harvest everything I planted the other day, feed the animals and plant a new set of crops for harvest later in the week. I got another level done on the cheesecake I am making and expanded my fields a little bit too. By harvesting all those crops I planted the other day, I had so much money that I could plant anything I wanted; so I planted some expensive stuff like strawberries. When I harvest everything later in the week, I'll have another huge bunch of money. I think it's time I started expanding into neighboring fields.
