I tried to find some back issues to titles I used to follow but either I couldn't find issue one of their new series or they had so many confusing new series, I gave up and went with something new that intrigued me, and that was Space Bastards.

Space Bastardsdrstrange

Space Bastards is about an accountant in the future who loses his job and decides to sign up with the intergalactic mail service. What he doesn't know is that it is insanely cutthroat. Rivals try to steal his package right from the start and all hell breaks loose. You follow the accountant at first but then get a lot of backstory on the CEO of the postal service and his relationships with other more established, but no less cutthroat, businesses. It's a bit like a Tarantino movie in how over-the-top it is with deadly battles over packages. There's something about crazy sci-fi stories I really like.

Then I read another issue from Doctor Strange Epic Collection Vol. 4. In this issue #8, Dormamu is growing in power as he has mother nature imprisoned in the center of the Earth. Meanwhile, Dr. Strange has been stripped of his powers. But with his disciple's help and some pagan magic manages to regain his powers and escape the clutches of the dark ones and his disciple's father, a firm follower of Dormamu. It's a crazy interdimensional mystic plot that only makes sense to Dr. Strange fans, which is why I love it.

Yeah, I know some mail men and they're definitely trying to kill each other all the time.

I know it was fairly cut-throat in the pizza delivery business. ha ha
