Ultima 4 is a turn based, open world game. Not many choices on consoles for that. Maybe Divinity: Original Sin 1 and 2.
Some New Games I'm Starting

Basically, it's Darkest Dungeon on PS4 and Torchlight III on Xbox One, but I also played a single 9 inning game of MLB The Show 21 and got my Farm Together lands down to 14. I also downloaded Path of Exile, a free-to-play action RPG to play sometime in the future. You can stop here or read on. You choose your own reading adventure.
I've been doing weird random dice rolling to decide what games to play. I downloaded random.org's app and randomized the years of my life and then picked a game based on what came out that year. For Darkest Dungeon it was 1975 and the original Dungeons & Dragons pen and paper game. I just searched on PS4 with the word "dungeon" and came across Darkest Dungeon which I already owned. I just love the gloomy atmosphere and the feeling of dread as you adventure. I had fun renaming my base and all the characters wacky, off-the-top-of-my-head names. It's still early in the game so far. I play it during the week in short bursts before bed.
For my random roll on Xbox One, I rolled 1985 and chose either Ultima 4 or Gauntlet, I couldn't decide. I ended up searching through the Xbox store for interesting action RPGs (I think Ultima 4 is an action RPG?) and saw Path of Exile in the free-to-play section. It looked kind of good so I started the 16GB download. While I waited I saw Torchlight III on my hard drive and decided to finally commit to it. I played a good many hours today and am really enjoying it. It has so many similarities in gameplay to Diablo III now. I love the fort they give you where you can build a pet stable and crafting buildings. I haven't crafted anything yet, but I will once I figure out which building lets me do that. So far all I can do is convert gathered materials to processed materials.
On the side, before Torchlight IIi, I played a single game in MLB The Show 21, the first iteration of this series on Xbox. It's quite great and doesn't need to be played strictly as a simulation. I played it as simply as I could, just like I did the recent Madden, and it played fine. However, the AI fielders are a bit too good and I lost my first game 5-2, Phillies vs. Cubs.
I'm down to 14 open lands to purchase in Farm Together. I jump in, harvest as many diamonds as possible, buy land, and get out to let the game accumulate crops on its own. Time never stops for Farm Together. I'm just glad crops don't die on you. Not like real ones.
Well, that's a random day. Actually Sunday and some weekdays.
