Borderlands 3 annoyed me to no end. Then hen I started my casual run of games and then played one for a Game Pass quest, the last of the week.

Borderlands 3: I finally got the game to recognize the DLC I bought but I had to shut down my system and disconnect the power (apparently this empties the memory cache) for a few minutes and restart. I played one of the new levels that takes its inspiration from Fortnight. There's a storm that closed in on you until you have to dive into an area and fight a boss. I did it solo and died and then with my friend Mark and had a game-ending glitch near the end of the boss fight. After that, I went solo and did maybe half of the new story mission. I got really fed up with the gameplay. I don't feel the shooting is all that precise and the enemies bull rush you to no end making any kind of strategy or use of cover totally useless. Also, the endless weapon stats just drive me crazy trying to figure out what's better than what. I think though, now that I've cooled off, I may return to it and just lower the difficulty a bit.

Farm Together: Earned 27K diamonds. Need 38k for the next land.

Pinball FX3: Star Wars Han Solo table: I really worked this table but I think I need to look at the ruleset to do even better. I wasn't in the mood to read stuff today so I just shot at anything that glowed.

Lost Artifacts: Soulstone: This is another 8floor game I bought today on sale, which means it's exactly like Gnomes Garden (a resource gathering sim) except with an archeology adventure theme. Do I care? Nope. Love the resource gathering. I got my needed achievement for a rewards quest early and decided to stop to save more for later.

Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare: Played for a Game Pass quest. I played multiplayer as both plant and zombie for the required kills. This is a lot of fun. I'm going to save this to replay sometime soon. There are solo missions to do and more multiplayer fun. I am wondering how to make my real garden into a plants vs zombies design. I'm not sure what would represent zombies though. Maybe plant all nightshade plants on one side?

Lego Batman: I free-played through the Penguin villain episode getting most of the collectibles. Most importantly though is that I unlocked various stud multiplier extras and the minikit finder extra. Now I feel like I can get every one of those minikits. However, there is a boat level minikit that's absolutely terrible and some mystifying and unreachable red bricks I don't know if I'll have the patience to attempt. So, I have one more villain episode to do and then I'll probably try and fill all the superhero stud meters for every episode. With the new stud multiplier extras I've unlocked, it's very easy to get them now.

I just looked up video game genres because I think I'll organize my internal drive with one of each and just decide based on my mood each day. There are ten genres I looked up which means ten games. It's an interesting experiment.

Maybe for your Plants vs. Zombies garden you can get some tiny Halloween decorations and decorate your garden like how people do those fairy gardens?

Ha, yeah. If I did that, I'd send a picture of it to some PvZ forum for some attention.
