Microsoft Rewards had me doing a lot of things like a bing daily set of quizzes and achievement hunting today. I needed three achievements in anything and one in Back 4 Blood that counted for two different rewards. The beginning of the month always has a lot of challenges. Then I tried a Game Pass game I thought looked interesting. 

Island Saver: I managed to finish all the DLC islands and complete every achievement. I wish there was more to do. I searched in vain for a similar game in the store. I might redownload Slime Rancher and see why I never finished it. Journey to the Savage Planet is another one I still need to finish. 

Back 4 Blood: I jumped into multiplayer again and struggled through several levels before getting a party wipe on one of them. Instead of searching for a new crew, I spent some time customizing weapons, my character, and cards. Just as I hoped, by doing this I unlocked the achievement I needed for MS Rewards points. Done for the day. I do sort of like the multiplayer fighting. I still struggle to find the objectives on levels, but I'm playing the same ones again from last time, so I'm remembering what to do. I couldn't remember how to heal up though. I think you just have to find med packs or bandages, but I think there is something else. 

Moonglow Bay: This game looks a bit like Roblox or Minecraft in design. It's all based around fishing. You fish, you cook, you sell the food. You can also do research for the museum. I've started naming my characters after spam email headlines, so I was Leaky Gut today. It felt like every townsperson had this disparaging nickname for me when they mentioned my name. It never failed to make me giggle. Anyway, I may not continue with it because the look of it is a bit cramped with details. In a house, you don't have much room to move around. Something about that makes my eyes strain a little bit, which over time can be annoying. Lots of other stuff to play anyway. 

Oh, that's a day. Oh yeah, I got my 10 Xbox bucks from last month's rewards points. I bought the last piece of DLC in Island Saver with half of it.
