Latest game related snaps.
I went to a smorgasborg up in Amish country on my birthday because I got breakfast free. Below the enormous dining room was a gift shop full of so many things. One corner was all figurines with many Disney characters. I took a picture of the queen from Snow White and the Seven Dwarves and a Sorcerer's Apprentice Mickey diarama.
The gift shop also had a lot of toys, a prefect place to go Xmas shopping. I saw these Hot Wheels Mario Kart toys.
Since it's like a twenty year anniversary for the Fallout series, I had a rewards quest to do and play Fallout 3, 4 and New Vegas on Xbox. I played each for an hour or so, mostly just getting out of the vaults and exploring the worlds for a lilttle while. I think it was in Fallout 4 that I saw this BFG in a case. Not sure how to get it, but it looked cool.
In Lego Marvel Super Heroes, Iron Man and reporter Peter Parker were scouring New York City taking pictures for Jay Jonah Jameson and the Daily Planet. We were spotted in Chinatown in front of one of those circular doorways I like so much.
I did, however, rage quit this game and move on to Lego City Undercover. The flying controls are so hideous, and the controls during traversal missions on the rooftops result in epic fails. The camera just doesn't stay in a suitable place. Sooo frustrating.
Finally, I was playing the Hot Wheels DLC for Forza Horizon 5 when I hilariously flew off the track and into a waterfall. I had to save that epic fail.

I have finished my retro run of Halo Combat Evolved, put away my OG Xbox. I am now going to set up my PS2 and play Grand Theft Auto Vice City as my retro choice, perhaps tomorrow.
Trivia question for you. What is the wizard's name in Sorcerer's Apprentice and why is it significant?
I love those Mario Kart Hot Wheels. Little Kid Cary would've totally bought them all.
I hope you give LEGO City Undercover another chance, as it's one of the best LEGO games made. The humor in that game is so great. They make fun of all sorts of cops and robbers and jail TV shows and movies. Everything from Starsky and Hutch to Shawshank Redemption.
Well, I had to look it up, but NEAT! D I S N E Y backwards. Yen Sid. I won't forget that now.
I did momentarily rage quit Undercover because i got stuck in the environment but I recosidered and reinstalled it. Controls are so much better than Lego Marvel Super Heroes and I love the humor and references.
I thought that gun was from Metro Exodus for a second. Started that one last night.
I want to get back and play that one some more. I keep seeing it go on sale and am tempted.
