I played this on Game Pass a while ago and beat the main story, but I didn't do any major work on the collectibles and other tasks thinking they were too tedious. A challenge for Microsoft Rewards points brought me back to the game, and I found most of the side missions and collectibles not as difficult as I thought and nearly cleared everything in the game.

Ben 10: Power Trip is a 2020 open world action adventure game. You get six alien forms to use that give you various powers that help you navigate the world, uncover secrets and fight badies. Kevin-11 is also playable and has his six, but I think they have the same powers, just different looks and names (I didn't know I could use him until I looked up a video). I played as Ben-10 and used XLR8 to get around fast; Four Arms to fight badies, move heavy blocks and open stone doors; Heatblast to jump high and burn stuff; Rath to rock climb; Shockrock to grab electrical grappling points; and Diamondhead to occasionally glide down from high places. But it was mostly XLR8 and Four Arms for most of it.

Everything works pretty well in this game. Fighting is decent, traversal isn't difficult, minigames are mildly challenging but fun. The only problem I had was events that had you searching for things with no hints or detection skills. They required just random wandering to accomplish, and I wasn't about to go that far to complete everything in the game. Still, a very enjoyable experience if you like exploration, finding stuff, and a little fighting. It reminds me a little bit of my experience with Lego City Undercover, now I think of it.

Ben 10: Power Trip is the latest of twelve video games based on the TV show. PHL Collective developed the game. They're based in Philadelphia, my back yard. Great job team!

I reviewed a few of the Ben 10 games a long time ago.  Never watched the cartoon, though.

I haven't seen the cartoon either.
