I'm looking ahead to September. My playlist will cover 2013-2015, chosen from the greastest of all time lists on Metacritic. But first, some purchases.

Purchases

I just picked up physical copies of: Last of Us Remastered (PS4), Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time (PS3), and Resistance: Fall of Man (PS3) at Classic Game Junkies for roughly $12 each.

First Playlist for September

PS4 (I start with Playstation for once!)

Last of Us Remastered - I have played a fair chunk of this in its original version but never finished it. I own it now on PS4.
Bloodborne - I've tried this multiple times and couldn't get very far. I've read some of the comics series, so I'm totally into the story and visuals. I've just got to take another stab at it and see if I can grok it. I own it on PS4.
Diablo III Ultimate Evil Edition - I recently got the PS4 version because it still has the update for the Diablo I area inj the game. So, I thought I'd play it for trophies. I've done everything in it on Xbox already.

XSS

Bioshock Infinite - I believe I own the remastered version digitally but I have to check. I've played it to the end before but not all the DLC, which was much talked about at the time it was released. I need to fix that.
Witcher III - I've played a few hours of it, restarting it several different times, but I'd love to try and finish it. I think I don't own it but it goes on sale quite often for very cheap.
Undertale - I know I've played this, but I have to watch some vids to remember for sure. I think it's probably a good game to revisit anyway.
Rayman Legends - Just like Rayman Origins, I love the design of these platformers: the sound, the humor, the graphics, all totally stunning and fun. I can't wait to give this a solid run instead of the few half hours I've put into this.
Dark Souls II - I don't think I've ever tried this game. I loved Demon's Souls but couldn't get very far in it. Dark Souls I I've played but similarly underplayed. I'll give this a shot, and why not, it's total quality gaming.

3DS

Fire Emblem Awakening - Something about this didn't quite jive for me when I played it all those years ago. I want to find out what, and since I can rent it from my library for nothing, it's worth a relook (I saw it is going for $45 at Game Junkies).

Wii-U

Bayonetta 2 - I somehow have this in my collection, so why not break out the rarely used Wii-U and play it there.
Legend of Zelda Wind Waker HD - I love Wind Waker and still need to finish it - another reason to break out the Wii-U.

And that's playlist 1, which will likely take me the whole month to experience, if I even get to all of them. Still, I'll be making further lists based on Metacritic pages anyway for future use. I love having a reason to go buy games as long as I don't overdo it - bargains only for the most part.

Only games on your list that I played were Rayman Legends, which I reviewed and thought was pretty good.  And Zelda Wind Waker HD.  I liked the graphics in that game even when everyone else didn't.

I haven't started it yet, but I got another game to review that looks pretty neat.  It's called Mika and the Witch's Mountain.  Sounds a lot like Kiki's Delivery Service.

The graphics in Wind Waker are the main reason I like it over just about every other Zelda game.

Mika looks exactly like what a Kiki's Delivery Service game would be. I like. I hope it comes to Game Pass otherwise it's unlikely I'll get to play it.
