Really farmed a lot this week. Is that a real verb? Got me a Pokemon game for 50 cents too. 

181 hours so far in Farm Together 2. I did 300 hours in the first game.

Events have started. This one, Fluffy Festival. You are presented with a new and interesting crop to plant and items to make. You get in-game rewards like new fences and whatnot, mostly cosmetic stuff, but fun. You have to harvest both on your own map and others. So I visited a lot of other people's farms. I have the cross-platform selector on, and so I'm seeing games made on PC which have been running probably a whole year before hitting consoles a few months ago. These are enormous farms with every darn thing done in them. I've learned a few things by visiting these farms. Like, I didn't know some signs, when placed, give the the ability to set preferences on a range of square plots. I got obsessed with this feature and added them to every single field on my farm. You can limit your field to one crop and force anyone harvesting it to replant the same crop. For me, this means I don't even have to access the crops menu screen to start harvesting and replanting. One less click. Fun! 

As to cross-platform farms in multiplayer. I'm thinking of turning off the cross-platform setting so I only see console made farms. Then I'm seeing farms more on my own level and not monstrous mega farms. They're fun to see, but intimidating. Mine's a scrabbly old chaoic mess by comparison. Some of their's look like the pattern of a circuit board from the map screen.

Purchases. I got Pokken Tournament for Wii-U for 50 cents at a library. Worth it? Let's take a look. 

I should ask the Reddit community. Speaking of which, here's me on Reddit. I've been using it quite a bit this year. 

Sooo, that's a week. I've been trying to get some 1970s related gaming in but the farming is obsessively taking up my time. I only had enough time to set up my Switch, put Space Invaders Invincible Collection on my wish list and see that they added Mario Paint to the sub service.
