If you would like a copy of Takedown: Red Sabre, be the first person to respond here and ask for it. This is not a contest, but a gift to the speediest responder out there, and therefore no "laws" or "rules" need apply.

This is on Steam, so you must have a Steam account to get it. I'm not sure if it must be a U.S. account either. We'll figure that out if we need to.

Just cleansing various electronic lists in a fit of OCD and someone will "benefit" from it.

I always wondered if there was any speical rules on giving away stuff on blogging sites. I considered it once with my Xbox copies of Fatal Frame I and II but wasn't sure if "user giveaways" were allowed. And I don't mean just on here but like on other sites like1up.com, IGN. and the rest.

If you're just giving stuff away in comments and forums as a community member, I wouldn't think it's a problem. It potentially gets stickier if you are on staff or representing the site. I'm no lawyer, though, so don't use this reply in your legal defense.
