I absolutely loved Dishonored the first time I played through the campaign. I went with the stealth approach. The second time I went through the campaign, I went through it guns blazing and loved it even more than ther first time through.
About Sonic CD and Super Meat Boy (And Other Steam Stuff)

Remember this blog where I mentioned that Sonic CD and Super Meat Boy weren't working on my computer? Well, once a friend came over to my house to pass the time, I mentioned him the problem and he would try to fix it. We started first with Super Meat Boy and I mentioned him that the game froze once the controll advice appears. I was expecting that, but to my surprise and his, IT WORKED! The game suddenly started working and there's no freeze anymore. It runs as great as the other games in my library and it feels, controlls and runs better than in my desktop computer. Same thing happened to Sonic CD, where it didn't want to start and the video setup options didn't appear, but in this occasion, not only the video setup appear, but the game also started and it fully works now. So yeah, now I have those game fully working and i'm glad I can play them.
You know, with all the Steam stuff i've been bloging about and my love for PC gaming (or as the internet call it, PC MASTER RACE!!!) I got from it, here's some impressions on some of the game i've been playing so far:
Bastion: Loving it so far. Combat is great, has very pretty scenery, excellent music and one of the best narrators of all time.
BioShock: I still need to get used to the controlls and shooting, but I really like the exploration and using the electric plasmid.
Bleed: Fun little game. Very hard though (even in easy).
Cave Story: Still a bit early into the game, but i'm also really liking it. Music is great too.
Dishonored: Just started the second mission, but I took a while before I could begin because I couldn't stop exploring everything in the Hound's Pit territory. So far, i'm doing trying to do a stealth aproach, without killing anyone, but i'm also trying the methods I have so far on killing and if I get caught and I don't have sleeping darts, I accept any sword fight. I'm really impressed of the many ways you can do a mission.
Dust: An Elysian Tail: Just started this one recently. I always wanted to play this game ever since my 1up friend Trip called it his favorite indie game of 2012. It was at first an exclusive for the 360, but I i'm glad it was brought to Steam. I even got it on the summer sale of last year.
FEZ: So far, very beautiful on the scenery and music, and i'm really liking the gameplay with the change of perspective and exploration.
Final Fantasy VII: Well, I gotta give this one more time. Though I still don't know which button on the keyboard is used to show the pointer. If you know which one is it, don't be afraid to tell me.
McPixel: It's like the Atari version of Wario Ware. Dig the zany humor and the fact that you can stop the bomb in ways you can't imagine and you wouldn't expect.
Portal: Seriously, this is becoming one of my favorite games of all time and probably my favorite puzzle game. The puzzles are excellent (both in the portal course and when you explore the facility), the music when it appears is great, the mystery surrounding the facility is intriguing and GlaDOS is both funny and creppy. I still haven't finished the game, but once I do, i'm sure to put it on my list of favorites.
Skullgirls: I haven't gotten the hang to the controls and mechanics yet (I may need to buy a 360 controll for this game), but it's been very fun so far. I specially like the 2D scenery, character designs and animations. I'm simply glad this was brought to Steam, as I was very much obssesed in playing Skullgirls.
Sonic CD: Finally, the Sonic game I wanted to play the most. So far, it works great like a Genesis Sonic game should work and the special stages are very fun.
So yeah, that's all for today. Now if you excuse me, I got some Steam gaming to do.
