EDF! EDF! E. . .d. . . f. . . oh god.

After a whole day of EDF 2025, I finally got my Ranger to 1000 armor and an achievement by grinding on, I think, level 30. Oh boy, only 2000 more to reach an acceptable level to beat the game on Inferno difficulty. I think not.

This game is fun to a point, but I think it asks a lot to replay 95 levels on three different difficulties with four different classes to come close to the complete achievements.

After 80 hours of gameplay, I think I'm beginning to feel like a chicken pecking for seeds in the barnyard. All I do is shoot stuff and then run like mad to pick up all the dropped armor and weapon crates. If I never see another red or green crate it'll be too soon. I've started dreaming of red and green crates.

OMG! It's a weapon crate! Quickly! Quickly!. . . I think I need an intervention.

I feel like the game wants me to play single player even though it is best in co-op. In single player I would get more loot and I wouldn't have weapon and armor limits. I wonder why this game is working against its strengths.

I was going to try out the other two classes I haven't played yet, but I think I'll stop for a while. The grind is really getting to me. I think I need another vacation, a Nostalgic Vacation back to 1989, right where I left off.

We're just one year before I was born now. Hooray.

So many games came out for NES in '90. Choices were many.

"1989 is so fine. Hey Nicky. Hey Nicky." Sorry, couldn't resist. It just popped into my head.

I guess that means you were a SNES kid? Or N64?

You sound like me with Ace Combat Infinity. Keep grinding sortie missions in co-op and hope for decent crate drops after every mission. Finally got my pixy plane but still no good emblems thus far. =(

My instinct to complete things is beginning to break down. Next time I play it I may just mess around and go for fun. These objectives are just tedious beyond messure.

Holy cow, 95 LEVELS THREE TIMES?! Props to you my friend, for the dedication on tackling this.

Ooh 1989. '89 Chris was in elementary school discovering that baseball cards could be his new hobby.

Four times at least. I've done it once and then the first 40 levels again with Wing Diver solo, then the first 30 levels with a Ranger co-op. What next, I ask.
