Oh God ... I don't want to see how many games I've bought and forgot about. Dammit Steam.
2014, It's a Wrap: Bought but Forgot

Second in my recap of the gaming I did in 2014. It'll all end with my GOTY pick in part three.
Bought But Forgot:
Far Cry Classic: The rerelease on XBLA of a game I fondly remember playing when the Xbox 360 came out, the first in the series. Of course, the version for 360 was a little bit more limited than the original PC version developed by Crytec, makers of the Crysis series. This HD remake is apparently all the game the PC version was. I was interested in trying it out, since I read the PC version was more open world than the more linear Far Cry: Instincts for 360; but, I was still playing Borderlands 2, and so it stayed in the virtual hopper all year long.
Tales of Symphonia Chronicles: Got it when it hit $20 on the shelves at Gamestop. I was playing The Witch and the Hundred Knight at the time and was going to start it next, but then Wolfenstein: New Order came out, and I was hooked on that for a whole month.
Yaibo: Ninja Gaiden Z: I picked this up for the crazy humor I saw in the trailers. I've heard it's bad, but sometimes bad can be good, so we'll see when I finally get some time for it.
Bioshock Infinite: Burial at Sea DLC: I got the season pass, but still haven't downloaded this. I recently had the ending spoiled for me by a podcast, but I could've avoided it. I think it's now too late to think I'm going to avoid spoilers. I should've played it when it dropped.
Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel: The Holodrome Onslaught DLC: Again another season pass that has passed me by, at least for 2014. I was so burnt out on Borderlands, that I couldn't get into more content even though I had bought it. I think I might hold off on DLC for games from now on until I've finished the main game and really want more.
AND NOW FOR THE MOST BOUGHT BUT FORGOT GAME OF THE YEAR!!!
Fable Anniversary: I got this HD remake of the Original Xbox game day-one back in February and was really excited to replay it. You could call it Microsoft's Zelda. In that respect we should have seen Fable V this year, instead of new of the delayed, series destroying, multiplayer Fable Legends. I would've gotten to it but co-op in Borderlands 2 took my time away. I so want to play it right now!
Next up is what I actually played in 2014 my my GOTY pick. Stay tuned.
