damn that coffee shop sounds pretty happening! Wish I had something like that near me.
PAnera has good food though.

I got two more Miis yesterday making my week's total six so far. I'm pretty sure I got them while at my usual coffee shop haunt. This place is usually filled with people of all ages, but there are a lot of college students there as well. I've gotten all my international Miis there too for some reason. I've heard people speaking French and Itallian, and the other day, I listened in while a German was flirting with a Korean. I guess trendy coffee places draw people from all over.
I wish I was there now, but I had to go to a Panera because Starbucks was closed due to the snow. I had to go to Starbucks because it was the only place, other than Panera, that I could reliably get an outlet for my laptop. You see, my laptop's battery is dead. I'm going to have to finally fix that because it's a hassel looking for places with outlets.
I have to work today, but tomorrow will be game day again, and I can't wait. It's my gamer friend's last day at my job, so that sucks. No more Destiny/Evolve talk, just people playing Trivia Crack. Bah! But tomorrow I'll be back on the Diablo train looking for mad loot and hunting that last achievement. Weee!
Good algorithms pixlbits!
I kinda doubt it because it's a touch controlled game, but maybe you could use that touch pad on the PS4 controller? It's also heavily reliant on seeing your friend's scores and playing against them second by second. I don't know though, it could work on PS4. It just seems like a game perfectly designed for phones.
You could just use the d-pad to choose an answer and enter with x. Basically what you can do with a mouse/keyboard already when playing it at a computer. I actually don't play it on my phone. I don't see why you'd have to rely on seeing friends scores or play against them second-by-second. Your turn goes on as long as you keep answering correctly and you can respond a couple days later if need be.
I feel for your battery woes. The battery in this one died shortly after I got it, but I was able to find a cheap one on Amazon to replace it. The lemon of a Toshiba that I got a year ago, the battery was defective from the get-go. Apparently, it was a huge problem with that model.
The problem with laptops is that if you normally use them plugged in it kills the battery way faster than if you use them on battery until they drain and then plug them in to recharge. I let my laptop battery drain several times a week, plugging it in when it gets to less than 20% left.
It is plugged in all day at work but that's just so I don't forget and come back from a meeting to find it shut down.
