I just want to say last night I successfully played along with Jeopardy while playing Grid Autosport including getting the Final Jeopardy question right: “What is the smallest state in area that borders a Great Lake?” The answer was Indiana. Happy Friday Pixlpeeps! Once again it is really windy here in my little piece of Southern California but what can you do. As soon as I finished our little conversation (where I talk and you listen) its right back to adding records to my iTunes library. I’ve been on somewhat of a hot streak this past week adding music to the library, and at the same time discovering new stuff. For the past couple of nights I’ve been going through sections of my collection and rediscovering what I have purchased from thrift stores. I found a couple of sealed singles and albums that will probably not be opened and I found a couple of albums that I didn’t know I had on vinyl.

Well at some point I really need to start looking through my media drive on my laptop because I am running out of space. Currently I have 299 GB left from a 2TB drive all thanks to Steam and iTunes. At one point I thought about having all my video living in iTunes but it looks like I will get an external for those items, and possibly another external for the .wav files of my records along with my future lossless library. I do need to start looking through the Steam library and see what games I can live without having currently installed. I’m leaning towards removing the freebie Origin games, games I finished, and the games from bundles I have purchased that I really had no interest in but they came with the bundle I liked. I am also looking at removing some of the PC games that I found and installed recently. It looks like it’s going to be digital Spring Cleaning and I need to start being more selective on what bundle games I should install

Good morning Pixlpeeps! What the hell why is so hot here in sunny Southern California? Last week it was what 70, breezy with random spots of rain, and now we’re looking at 101 today. One Hundred and One degrees! I really need to get some errands done in the morning because it’s getting warm and I really don’t want to deal with that until June. Blah! Anyways this past week I finally got around to checking out the latest Captain America Civil War flick and before I talk about my thoughts I really should check out Winter Soldier. Good morning Pixlpeeps! I hope your weekend was excellent and you are ready to tackle this week. There really hasn’t been a lot of game playing this past weekend because I decided to clean up/organize my video game/sneaker closet. I placed all the games I played and beaten back in their cases and left the games that I want to play. I spent a good couple of hours hunting for game cases and placing the games back in their homes and this was just for the PS3 and 360 games. The finished PS4 games I had this system already in place so it wasn’t much trouble.

Good morning Pixlpeeps! So the past couple of days here in sunny Southern California it has been toasty, with the temperature hitting low 90s, and last night it dropped because we are getting a lot of wind and the local news folks said today it will be in the 70s with a really good chance of rain. Oh you crazy weather. So how are you good folks? Anything big going on? Are you all caught up in the Overwatch Beta that folks on Facebook have been talking about? I downloaded it yesterday after having to download the Battle net application. Why do I need so many apps just to run games? Coming in as a console gamer I figured everything ran through Steam but it is just like consoles in the PCMR where there is Steam, GOG, Origin, and Battle net. There is probably others that I haven’t run into yet.

And we are in a new month! Good morning Pixlpeeps, I kind of forgot this was a new month until I created a folder for this entry’s pictures. It is a new week which means an update on what I have been playing this past week as well as a review of what happened in April

Happy Friday Pixlpeeps! It is a breezy and cool Southern California day and this is weekend number three of music festivals in my little piece of So Cal. The past two weeks were all Coachella Music and Arts Festival and this week it is the country music version, Stagecoach. We always joke that the first two weeks its camping in tents and the third week is camping in RV’s. I might spend some time out at the local mom & pop music store today just to get away from the folks and who knows maybe find some new stuff to add to the library.

Well Happy Tuesday to you good people of Pixlbit! I am back from a three day weekend where I went exploring around Southern California, took a couple of pictures, saw some things, and had a trip down memory lane when I went to visit the little farming town where I grew up. I saw my old house, school, and surprisingly I still remember the phone numbers and addresses of my old house and my grandma’s house. I thought about maybe taking the 3DS with me to at least collect some coins because there was a lot of walking but it never left the house. Oh well. There really wasn’t any real gaming going on until yesterday around lunch when I decided to fire up a game I bought on Saturday while sitting on the freeway.
