I've been wanting to get deeper into the Ys series for a while now. An opportunity will come along eventually.
GBA out in U.S. in June '01. DS in Nov '04. Yea, that's a short 3yrs, 4mo.
I'm keen to try the GBA Castlevanias because they look so darn great, but I fear I will never get through them.
I'm starting to realize that maybe other genres are more interesting to me now on handheld then RPGs and Tactics games. They'll make good trades perhaps.
Astro Boy Omega Factor was #32 on the all-time GBA list on Metacritic. I overlooked it because I didn't know anything about it. I will now put it on my wish list.
I like the graphics of Asfalia. Too bad it has a glitch in it. I could go for a point-and-click adventure that isn't so darn difficult.
I want to play Criss Cross Castle for sure but on console. I've had my eye out for games like this ever since Bookworm Adventures.
Platformers, even if they are open world, frustrate me. So at some point, I'd like to break these games with an easy mode just so I can see them to the end.
I played some Klonoa Empire of Dreams this week. I like it a lot.
I think I had some trouble with Secret of Mana on Collection of Mana, so a different take for the GBA might be my thing. I'll see when I get to it.
Lucky you. I must've eyed Skies of Arcadia Legends so many times at Gamestop back in the day without buying it because it was always over $20. Now, of course, it's way higher. I should've gotten it.
Oh cool. I feel like the Pern series should get a revival, a film or a game. We're probably around the 50 year anniversary of the book series.
This looks cool. I always had trouble with the 2D Castlevania games but I feel I could get through this one. I put it on a wish list.
Oh good, there's a Fairy Mode. I'd like to put that mode into every game.
Cool. I bought Pnickies on a sale and will have to dig into it more next time around.
Wow! That's a cool set of characters in Willy Beamish! I'm going to have to try harder at the adventure game next time.
