Red Dead Redemption a Rockstar Masterpiece

I enjoyed Red Dead Redemption more than GTA4.  It was a great free roam game and one of the only blue sky experiences I had on the 360.

My four year old nephew loves the game because you can just play it by tapping the A button to ride the horse aimlessly around the desert.  More games need this kind of simplicity.  My mom spent a bunch of money on Skylanders for him to play and he couldn't figure it out because the game is telling you to do stuff.  He hasn't touched it since x-mas.  It's ironic that games intended for kids aren't actually accessible to kids because of the handholding.

No way.  The total cost of the package when you add up the cost of X1 with just five years of LIVE, one game, and taxes is $920.  The price is inflated by superfluous nonessential hardware in the Kinect and the 500GB hard drive, and the RAM is eat up by the OS.

I think there is great potential for entire games built around how the Zelda archery game in Nintendo Land controlled.  That's an easy image to sell; like swinging a baseball bat with the Wii remote.  You show the player standing and engaged in the game, and you show how the perspective on the screen shifts 1:1 with the player's movements.
