I'm the definition of the single player gamer. I don't play online at all. Never. Ever ever. The first time I played online was Soul Caliber IV, and I lost in like ten seconds, but just passed it off as me being terrible at fighter games. But the last time I played online was  Modern Warfare 2, and that's when I gave up on multiplayer completely because that's when I realized that some people have nothing better to do in this world than devote every second of every minute of every hour of their life to a game. Not that that's a bad thing, but there's no way I'm ever going to match up to any of those people. Thank god. So where does that leave me? In paradise with the rest of the people not getting an Xbox One.

Well that settles it....not getting an Xbox One. Unless this can be justified to me in better way or taken out completely, I'm not going to pay money for this shit. Something I've always wondered about the always on thing is...what is exactly is the point? What about being always online is going to make your play experience any better or worse? I'm not a big multiplayer or mmo person so I guess I don't get it.

Huge bro fest for sure. Little diversity at all in fact. This whole thing basically gave everyone who's not into COD or online gaming the finger. People like me for instance. But that's fine, I'll just take my business elsewhere....PS4

Well, the disc drive in my PS3 stopped working exactly 5 minutes ago, and I play all my PS1 games on there, sooo we'll see how this goes. 

I was debating on whether or not I should get that version. I'm kind of a purist when it comes to some things so I think I might swing for the playstation version instead. Plus, I don't play handheld things unless I have to.

Well thank you. Everything everyone's been saying about the earlier ones is making me want to go back and check those out now.

If I could pick any game to play over again for the first time, it would be Final Fantasy X. Obviously everyone knows by now that that's my favorite game ever. Like seriously, ever. Despite it's many, many, MANY flaws, there was something about it that just got to me. I can't even put into words what exactly it was. It just pulled me right in and didn't let go. I guess it was the story mostly. And maybe the sheer scope of the game. The fact that I was 10 when I played it probably played a part too. I knew virtually nothing about video games at that point, so I couldn't see what was wrong with the game, only what was right. Now after so many years, I notice the rough textures, the mismatched lip syncing, and the character model inconsistencies, and I just smile. It wasn't perfect but I can pretty much say Final Fantasy X changed my life. That was really my formal introduction to video games.
