After some quick research, it looks like Pirate Ship Higemaru is on the Reloaded PSP collection (I've been playing through the Remixed collection for BaD). I have that one too, so I'll get around to playing it eventually but after this month I'll need a break from old Capcom games!

The notes in this collection didn't mention that, and they are seem pretty good with the useless trivia, but it's certainly possible.
Ostensibly they are the same character but what different interpretations!
No, it's just very unforgiving.
It certainly looks great! Just playing through the whole thing at once is a little too much, I think.
