That's a pretty nice neutral review of Sonic Boom and I liked your focus on how it would fare for kids instead of the usual fans (like me :P). I think i'll only check the game if it's on sale or they get around to fix the bugs.

Smash Bros is my definitive favorite, with Brawl so far being my personal pick (unless 4 takes the crown when I get it). Just a great love letter to Nintendo overall.

I've also played a lot of Marvel vs Capcom and some of the crossover fighting games Capcom did during that time (all by emulation).

Finally, even with my short knowledge of FF, I still bought Dissidia and actually like it a lot.
